The main purpose of building the Solar Living Laboratory in SP is to enhance the experience of student learning because SP mission is to educate and nurture students to excel in work and in life and equip adult learners with skills and knowledge to enhance their employability. Thus, SP wants to prepare students to be world ready, life ready and world ready since SP’s graduate will either go to the industry or university. The student will be able to learn up-to-date technologies related to their diplomas but also multiplicity of technologies from other schools as SLL is collaboration between 4 different schools. Furthermore, it will make a dull lesson interesting as students can have hands on feel on the technologies in SLL. In short, students are the one that benefits the most. The reason is that SLL teaches students about sustainability and clean technologies that are available. In short, the technologies and concept that been applied in SLL shall be integrated as part of our diploma curriculum

  

The process of undergoing SLL project has been a meaningful journey for the students as they have gain much more. The reason is that the students need to work together with other student from different diplomas. In return, the students will be able to share their knowledge to one another and learn knowledge and expertise that is outside their diploma. In addition, the students could apply what they have learnt and sharpen their knowledge by contributing to SLL.

  

SP also welcome any internship opportunities from the sponsors company as we would want to equip our student with working experience. In addition, the sponsors could recruit potential human resource for their companies.
